Professional Services Offering
Based on experiences from thousands of customer projects, AddSecure has developed some high value Professional Services packages. Best practices show that well-planned and carefully managed initial project rollouts have a substantial impact on the profitability of a fleet management program. For this reason, our onboarding packages are compulsory for new customers.
AddSecure onboarding packages
AddSecure offers three types of onboarding packages. Project preparation and coordination are included in all packages. The scope of the training and the follow-up in the packages vary since customers have different needs, see below.
Project Preparation and coordination included in all packs
- Start-up meeting
- Identify current status and needs
- Set target with the project & training
- Training plan including date and time
- Sum up + handover to customer
Online Onboarding Package
This package is created for small customers or customers with limited needs or who have had a fleet management system before. Little need for administration of the system.
Training Scope
- Web training (Skype or similar)
- 1 session, 2 h (office users or System Administrator)
Premium Onboarding Package
This package is created for clients who require a complete training and who are able to transmit knowledge internally (dispatcher, driver, super users)
Training Scope
- 2 sessions (4 h on-site + 2 h on distance)
- Office users/System Administrator/Drivers
- Sum up/handover responsibility
Follow-up
- 2 h at distance
Superior Onboarding Package
This package is created for medium-sized to large companies who require comprehensive training of superusers (focus: administration) and dispatchers/office users (focus: service modules) and drivers (if agreed with the customer).
Training Scope
- 2 sessions (8 h on-site + 4 h on distance)
- Office users/System Administrator/Drivers
- Sum up/handover responsibility

- 4 h on-site

Project Management and integration
Based on our deep experience within Fleet Management and system integration, AddSecure also offers general project management and system integration services in addition to the fixed packages above. Typically, the scope of such projects is agreed with the customer prior to start and they can be invoiced by hour or as a fixed price.
